Rather than switching between a separate order entry panel and your charts, you interact with the market visually — clicking directly on the chart to set entries, stops, and targets — while the same pre-trade validation that protects your manual orders runs in the background.

What to Expect

When Chart Trader documentation is published, it will cover the following planned features:
  • Visual order entry directly on the chart — click to place entries, stops, and targets at exact price levels
  • Real-time position display overlaid on price data, so you always see your exposure in context with market action
  • Risk rule enforcement on all chart-based orders — the same protection as manual order entry, applied automatically before any order reaches your broker
  • Bracket order support — set profit targets and stop losses as part of a single chart-based order
