The Tradespace Dashboard gives you a unified, real-time view of every broker account you’ve connected — displaying live P&L, open positions, risk monitoring indicators, and lockout state side by side. Whether you’re managing a single funded account or overseeing multiple accounts across different brokers, the Dashboard is your central command center for staying on top of your exposure at all times.

Overview Panel

The Overview Panel at the top of the Dashboard surfaces the most critical metrics across all your accounts at a glance:
  • Live P&L — Realized and unrealized profit and loss update in real time as the market moves and orders fill.
  • Open Positions & Net Liquidation Value — See how many contracts you’re holding and the current net liquidation value of each account.
  • Lockout Status & Active Violations — Instantly see whether any account is currently locked out and what rule triggered it.
  • Risk Monitoring Indicators — Visual indicators show how close each account is to its configured risk limits, so you can act before a violation occurs.
  • Active Copy Trade Configuration

Account Cards

Each broker account you connect to Tradespace appears as its own card on the Dashboard. Every card displays:
  • Broker & Account ID — Identify the account by its broker (NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, or ProjectX) and account number.
  • Live P&L — Real-time profit and loss for the current trading session.
  • Status Badge — A color-coded badge showing the account’s current state:
    • Active — The account is connected and monitoring normally.
    • Locked — The account is under a trade lock (manual or violation-triggered) and is blocking new orders.
    • Disabled — The account connection is inactive or has been manually disabled.

Manual Controls

Each account card includes one-click access to view risk setting controls you can use at any time from the Dashboard, without navigating away: Manual Flatten Immediately closes all open positions and cancels all working orders on the selected account. Tradespace sends a liquidate position command to your broker to close every position as quickly as possible. Manual Trade Lock Locks the selected account for a configurable duration, blocking any new orders from being placed. Use this when you need to step away or want to prevent further trading after reaching your personal goal for the session.
Manual Flatten sends market orders to close all open positions. Execute this during normal market hours when liquidity is adequate — using it during pre-market, post-market, or low-liquidity windows may result in wide slippage and unfavorable fill prices.

Lockout History (coming soon)

The Dashboard includes a Lockout History log for each account, giving you a record of every time an account was locked. Each entry shows:
  • The timestamp of when the lockout began and ended
  • The reason for the lockout (e.g., Daily Loss Limit breached, Manual Trade Lock, Violation)
  • The duration of the lock
Use this log to review your trading discipline over time and identify patterns — such as recurring daily loss breaches at certain times — so you can adjust your risk settings accordingly.
Keep the Dashboard open in a dedicated browser tab during your trading session. At-a-glance visibility of your P&L, risk indicators, and lockout status means you’ll always know where you stand — without interrupting your workflow.
